Introduction
Sai Gon – Quy nhon JSC., was formed on 6th March 2003 according to certificate of business number: 3503000026 dated on 02 December 2005 with total invested capital is over 100 billion VND, charter capital is over 70 billion VND. After formation, Sai Gon – Quy Nhon JSC., promptly made a plan of infrastructure construction. After 5 years, company has put a 4 – star hotel into operation on September 2005.
The company is phasing in building Sai Gon – Quy Nhon tourist site. In the short – term, Queen restaurant , located at Ghenh Rang hill, has been built and come into operation on December 2007. In 2006, Sai Gon – Quy Nhon JSC., became a member of Handicraft and Wood Industry Association Ho Chi Minh city (HAWA) December 2007, became a full – fledged member of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
In 2006, Sai Gon – Quy Nhon JSC., was received a certificate of merit from Director of Department of Binh Dinh tourism for good completion of 2006 mission.
In 2007 company took the lead in the emulation movement of Binh Dinh tourism
In 2007 – 2008 – 2009 was received the certificate of merit from Chairman of Ho Chi Minh city Administrative Committee for excellent completion of mission.

- Cancellations made before 17 days (except holidays, Saturday, Sunday): No charge
- Cancellations made within 17 days (except holidays, Saturday, Sunday): 100% of booking charge.
- The period of holidays and promotions are not completed, canceled or changed
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICY
- Children (under 12 years old) sharing room parents will be free of charge if requested extra bed (surcharges breakfast).
- Surcharge breakfast: Children (from 6-12 years old) surcharges 69.000 VND / meal.
- Surcharge 250.000 VND / night for extra bed.
