Important notice

GENERAL POLICY

•  Check in time / check out time: Check in time is 14:00 earliest, late check-out is 12:00.
• Children are under 6 years old are charged 100% of adults, children are under 2 years old, will be free.
• Cancellation / change a reservation: If you request to cancel or reschedule your reservation , made prior to arrival date (check-in) for 2 days. You will be charged a penalty equal to the value of money the first night of the reservation.
• Not to check: if you do not check the starting 24 hours compared with the check, booking will be automatically canceled and you will be charged a penalty equal to the value of the first night room rate.
• Refund: Money surplus after cancellation / change a reservation will be transferred into your account after 5 working days from the date of receiving the request AE Hotel cancellation / change.
• Disputes and conflicts: AE Hotel will stand out arrangements and handled according to law in a spirit of ensuring the interests of the client.
