a) If cancellation made earlier than 3 days, there will be NO charge applied.
b) If cancellation made 3 days or less prior to arrival, the Hotel shall charge to the agent first night of the booking based on the contract rates.
c) If cancellation received less than 24 hours prior to arrival, the gent agreed to allow the Hotel tho charge the agent a cancellation fee of one night of the contract rates.
d) All booking amendment shall be notified to Chu hotel Danang in written or email.
II. Departure time
Check in time is 14:00 hours and Check out time is 12:00 hours.
- Late checkout is chargeable after 12:00 to 17:00 hours (subject to availability): 50% of one night room rate of the contract rates
- Late checkout is chargeable after 17:00 hours: 100% of one night room rate of the contract rates.
