Less than 10 rooms	within 3 days	100% charge on total reserved rooms
	Before 8 days	50% charge on total reserved rooms

10 – 20 rooms	Within 7 days	100% charge on total reserved rooms
10 – 20 rooms	Within 12 days	50% charge on total reserved rooms.
More than 20 rooms	Within 12 days	100 % charge on total reserved rooms.
	Within 17 days	50 % charge on total reserved rooms.

II. DEPARTURE TIME

1. Official check-in time is14:00 and official check out time is before 12:00.
2. Guests may check-in early without additional charge subjected to room availability on the arrival date. If guests wish to guarantee their early check-in, the additional charge is as below:
+ For early check in from 5:00 to 9:00, an additional fee of 50% of room rate (including breakfast)
+ For early check-in from 9:00 to 12:00, an additional fee of 30% of room rate (no including breakfast)
3. Guests may check out late or extend their stay subject to the room availability and shall be additionally charged with:
+ For late check out before 15:00, an additional fee of 30% of room rate
+ For late check out before 18:00 , an additional fee of 50% of room rate
+ For late check out after 18:00 , an additional fee of 100% of room rate
