1. No show: The resort automatically charges full length of stay for no - shows.
2. Alterations of booking in date arrival, number of rooms are considered as cancellations.
3. The Hotel reserves the right not to allow the changes date(s) arrival and guest's name of reservation (within 30 days prior to guest's arrival date) compare to original bookings confirmed for those guests staying during special period (Eve & Public Holidays).
4. Booking cancellations shall not be accepted if there is no written fax or email confirmation by the Hotel.
