HOTEL POLICIES

If you want to cancel the hotel room and then you should contact the hotel directly. In case you cancel late or invalid rooms, the hotel will apply a cancellation room charge penalty as follows:
+ Cancellations within 24 hours prior to arrival: penalty 50% of the first night.
+ Cancellations within 12h before arrival: penalty 100% of the first night.
Room you have booked will be retained to ensure when you have direct deposit or transfer to the account of the hotel.The process can serve interrupted briefly by the hotel to conduct maintenance, repairs or other objective reasons. The hotel will have the responsibility to notify you in these circumstances.
Upon arrival procedures, necessary to the legal papers .. For those guests are foreign visitors must present their passport and visa legally. For domestic travelers, the need to submit some personal papers such as identity card or driving license.
Rates may vary according to season and from time to time. These special incentives will always be updated and may change without prior notice.
Guest is responsible for arranging the room number on the number of rules for each hotel. Children under 6 years free, from 6 to 11 years half price surcharge, from 12 years of age or older as adults.Customers can check in early if any empty room as guests who have asked. If guests want to check out late notice and will be confirmed the next morning on check out. You keep the room to 18 hours will count 50% of the room and will charge 100% if paid after 18 hours room.
