MIN 3 NIGHTS PERIODS: 

• We require that guests must stay at least 3 night for the following periods 
• From 20 Dec 2014 to 20 Jan 2015 (inclusively), 
• From 20 Feb to 27 Feb 2015 ( inclusively ) 
• From 27th Apr to 2nd May 15 (inclusively).
• If cancelled 0 - 3 days before arrival, the rate equivalent to 1 nights accommodation will be charged / If cancelled 0 - 1 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited / If cancelled 0 - 3 days before arrival, the rate equivalent to 1 nights accommodation will be charged / If cancelled 0 - 1 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited
• All children are welcome.
• Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
• One additional older child or adult is charged USD 30 per person per night in an extra bed.
• One child from 6 to 11 years is charged USD 7 per person per night when using existing beds.
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
• Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
