Introduction

Established in the early years of XXth century in NhaTrang - a city of blue sea and white sand, Michelia with its formerly named La Fregate managed by Mr and Mrs Tules Forse, became a remarkable destination with 13 bedrooms and a 80-guest capacity restaurant for tourists to NhaTrang. After 2 years of refurbishment, in 1968, Mr and Mrs Tules Forse reopened the hotel with 30 spacious and cozy bedrooms. The second refurbishment in 1972 turned La Fregate into one of the most beautiful and famous hotels to the residents of and tourist to NhaTrang back then.

Majority of the guests were the French authorities, foreign investors and business men since La Fregate belonged to the former government. In April 1976, a year after the Independence Day, the hotel was run by the KhanhHoa Tourism Company instead of the State. On 03 January 1999, the company was privatized with Michelia - a new name for the hotel managed by ThangLoi Tourism Company. Until 2006, the Board of ThangLoi Tourism Company decided to rebuild and upgrade the hotel from 68 to 201 bedrooms in order to be qualified for 4-star standard. Michelia was designed with European architecture and now provide the service with European standard.

HOTEL POLICIES

These are general hotel policies for Michelia Hotel, as they may vary per room type, please also check the room description.

Check-in date:		from 14:00 until later. Sooner subject to room availability.
Check-out date:		until 12:00 or sooner
		Late check-out until 18:00 will be charged 50% of room rate.
Cancellation:		Free! If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, NO fee will be charged.
		If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged.
		If cancelled or modified up to 29 days before date of arrival, 50% of total nights will be charged.
		If cancelled or modified after 7 days before date of arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
		In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Child & Baby-cot:		Free! 1 child(ren) under 12 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds.
		Free! 1 child(ren) under 2 years old stay free of charge in a baby-cot.
		Child (age of 5 - 12) will be charged US$ 7 /child for an extra breakfast.
Pets Policy:		Pets are not allowed
Groups policy:		When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Room rates:		All rates are subject to change without notice if booking is still not confirmed. These rates are available only for bookings made with TUN TRAVEL and NOT available from the hotel directly. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
