• Reserved rooms will be held until 6:00 PM on the arrival date unless guaranteed.
• Check-out time: 12:00 noon.
• Check-in time: 13:00 PM.
• Credit cards: Amex, Master, Visa, JCB, all major credit card are accepted.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposit 50% on total room rate for guarantee reservation.
* Surcharged on peak period : An increase of 15% on room rates will be applied for peak season such as :
- The new year : January 1st to January 5th : 5 days
- Tet Holidays: February 19th to the February 23rd of Lunar New Year : 5 days
- Victory & International Labour day: April 30th to the May 1st : 2 day
- National Day : September 2nd : 1 day
- Kings Hung's anniversary : 1 day
CHILDREN POLICY
• Accommodation: FOC for children under 10 years old who stay with their parents, maximum 2 children per room. Extra bed charge 400.000vnd per bed(equivalent(USD/Night) : 20).
• Buffet breakfast :
- 80.000vnd/ticket (Equivalent : 3.5usd/ticket) on Buffet Brakfast for children from 5 to 10 years old, FOC on breakfast for children under 5 years old.

All confirmed booking whether cancelled, Amended, Postponed, Delayed or similar will be treated as under the cancellation policy:
