Group Cancellation Policy

30-21 days prior to group’s arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total first night room revenue will be charged.

21-14 days prior to group’s arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of total first night room revenue will be charged.

14 days prior to guest’s arrival, any individual room cancelled is subject to a full cancellation fee, equal to total room night(s) revenue for each individual cancellation.

All cancellations must be informed in writing and have to be acknowledged by the Resort.
